I have had a bunch of RRC's in the last few years as my second business rebuilds Range Rovers and then sells them. So I have driven all years in the USA 1987-1995. With EAS and without. With ABS and without. With the 4.2 and 3.9 and 3.5. I want something different under the hood. I love diesel engines. 6.5 Detroit Reliability. The 6.5L Detroit Diesel wasn’t the most reliable engine — they were known to experience injection pump failure, broken camshaft and overheat. Regardless of the known issues associated with these engines, the earlier 1992 and 93 model years were still the best in terms of performance and reliability. Siemens VDO K16 High-Pressure Fuel Pump (6.4L) The injection pump is what makes or breaks every diesel, and here the 6.4L definitely has an advantage. With its K16 high-pressure fuel pump said to flow as much as 20-percent more fuel than the Bosch CP3 (’01-’10 Duramax and ’03-current Cummins), and the Bosch CP4.2 (6.7L Power Stroke Without any further ado, behold the specs for 6.6L V8 L8T GM engine. In the 2020 Silverado HD and 2020 Sierra HD, the L8T makes an SAE-certified 401 horsepower (299 kW) at 5200 RPM and 464 pound It has greater engine power, replacing the 6.5-liter diesel engine with a Cummins 6.7-liter diesel and Allison 6-speed transmission, as well as a stronger suspension, improved brakes, higher ground clearance, and new onboard instrumentation. The standard answer to this problem is to try switching off the interior light entirely. When these are fitted with 'see you out' dimmer switches, the switches can remain live, draining the battery, even though the interior light has gone off. Two other JLR possibilities are a fault with the gearshift quadrant not registering that the car is in Park. And another is that, if you don't lock the car properly, the Bluetooth system will continually search for the phone it is paired with, eating up the reserves in the battery. Le coût d'utilisation devient vite ridicule. Sur le dans le suburban, je roulais à 14- 15 l à 160 et chargé (7 personnes + bagages) !
